Becoming vegan could earn you a lifetime supply of tickets to Beyoncé and Jay Z concerts

This is not the first time that Beyoncé has encouraged her fans to adopt new eating habits that are more respectful of the environment. Before igniting the Coachella stage in April 2018, she had already shared details of her 22-day vegan regime the Meal Planner22 days nutrition, with her community. A challenge developed by her coach Marco Borges, author of many books on nutrition, which aims to promote new, more environmentally-friendly habits (based on the assumption that a new habit takes 21 days to stick). Its goal? To boost health and energy levels and reduce the long term impact on animals and the environment.

The singer, her coach, and her husband (who adopted a vegan lifestyle following the birth of their twins) have now launched a new challenge. Via an Instagram post that has already generated more than 660,000 likes, Beyonce urged followers to join The Green Print Project, which also offers 22 days of vegan meal recipes. The project website, is deigned to make visitors aware that even one vegan meal can make a difference in terms of environmental impact. Beyoncé is also an advocate of changes such as Meatless Monday (or a vegan breakfast.
