…still shouldn’t eat it, say Beyoncé and Jay-Z. If you’re dying to groove to ‘Single Ladies’, ‘Empire State of Mind’ and ‘Crazy in Love’ at a live concert, here’s your chance. Beyoncé and Jay-Z are giving away free concert tickets. But there’s one small catch: you’ll have to turn somewhat vegan.

The point is to avoid meat and dairy, and include as much plant-based food in your diet.

The pop singer took to Instagram on Wednesday to announce The Greenprint Project sweepstakes, an initiative that creates awareness about the benefits of eating just one plant-based meal a day. She captioned the post “What is your Greenprint?”, which proposed plant-based breakfasts and meatless Mondays as two ways to participate in the giveaway. “By eating just a few plant-based meals we can improve our environmental impact,” says the website.

This is not the first time Beyoncé and Jay-Z are supporting veganism. In 2013, a day before Jay-Z’s 44th birthday, the two took up a 22-day vegan challenge. The couple had also partnered with their trainer, Marco Borges, for a vegan company. In April last year, Beyoncé announced she was going vegan in preparation of her Coachella performance, and urged fans to do the same.
